Order Your NHS Prescription

We are now LIVE on electronic prescribing. The majority of our prescriptions are now received electronically from local GP surgeries. This is a quicker and more seamless process which has helped improve prescription turnaround times. We strongly encourage patients to order their prescriptions directly through their GP surgeries via the NHS Wales App.

We continue to operate a FREE prescription ordering service for existing customers.  To order your prescription, log into your account and place your order, allowing at least 7  days from the date that you order to allow us to get your medicine ready. If you have any questions about your prescription, don’t hesitate to contact us.

The pharmacy requires 48 hours to process a prescription once received from the GP surgery. This is on top of the time the surgery requires to produce a prescription. The NHS Wales App helps to reduce this processing time and that's why we strongly encourage patients to download the app to their mobile devices and order electronically.
